Genuine Garett turbo to fit all 300tdi Engines

This is the OEM part so this fits and works perfectly.

You can re use you old turbo branches but you may find it easier to use new ones which we have as part numbers ERR4000 and ERR4001. The gasket for the turbo and intake manifold is ERR3785.

After fitting prime the turbo by filling the turbo oil inlet hole with oil, attach the oil feed pipe onto the turbo. Remove the wire from the fuel injection pump so you can then crank the engine over for about 20 seconds without the engine starting. This ensures the turbo is filled with oil before actually starting the engine.
