This is the captive plate that the bolts screw into the hold the rear door striker on all Defender models 1983-2016
and also for the RH and LH front series door bottom strikers for anti burst handles
The suitable bolts for this are part number FS106206 (this can be types into our search box at the top of the page)

These are also suitable for the strikers on our series front conversion kits
