Galvanised Def Fully Built Up Complete RH 2nd row Door - Steel Skin
This is the whole lot ready to bolt on, this is held on the bulkhead with 4x bolts. This is all you need to undo to swap your door!

This is a fully built up brand New RH front door with hot dip galvanised frame with zintec steel skin for Defender models 1983-2005

These save hours and hours in labour time. This is the best door on the market, it will have great longevity & you know its provenance as it is a brand new item.

This is unique to us, we are the only company selling fully built up doors that are ready to bolt onto your Defender

Every nut, bolts and screw used to attach the parts to the door are stainless steel.

The hinges are fitted as well as the door card so it is a straight swap over.

You can select, with or without door loom. The door loom is only needed if you have selected central locking. If you select the loom option we will fit a genuine Land Rover door loom and connect one end to the central locking actuator, leaving the other end with the rubber conduit on and the connector plug to connect to your vehicle. So if you vehicle has factory central locking this will just plug straight into the connector plug coming out of your B Post.

Due to supply we can only suppoly these with black door cards.

Important note, you must not sand off any of the zinc coating on the skin before painting as this will remove the zinc coating and remove it corrosion resistance.
The zinc coating on the skin is perfectly smooth as it is applied electronically. Whoever paints the panel must be given the instructions to simply go over the skin and frame with Mordant solution / T wash which etches the zinc finish black and means the paint will properly adhere. You should then go over with an etch primer, then a high build primer and then finally your colour coats.
Do not sand the skin at all before any paint is applied.
