Complete rear door kit as fitted to 2002-2016 Defender models.
This is a direct replacement for those years vehicles, so ideal to replace a damaged or old one.
Or can be retrofitted to every other age of Defender from 1983-2002.

The kit comes with every part needed to assemble a complete door including every fastener, clip and bracket.
On our website you will see we have 4 different specs. They all consist of the same main items, the only variations being the glass fitted (we have standard heated glass and high level brake light glass) and the type of locking fitted (we have manual locking and central locking). All of these kits come with the wiring harness loom which connects to the heated glass,wiper motor, central locking motor and high level brake light (if fitted)

We use our door in this kit which is made from zinc plated steel as original so these last a very long time indeed and fit perfectly too. The doors are also coated in a black Electrophoretic coating which not only adds a extra layer of protection inside and out of the door, it is also perfectly smooth so ideal as a base coat to go over with your colour coats. This door kit is ideal as an upgrade for the earlier doors! As these literally just bolt straight onto any year Defender. So all you need to do it paint the door, and then assemble all the parts onto the door. These do not come with any instructions on how to assemble as every part in this kit is standard specification and is logical to assemble for anyone handy with their spanners.

This is the kit with:
Heated glass with high level brake light and manual locking.
The handle for the manual locks take 16mm diamater lock barrels as fitted to 83-02 models. If you require locks with 20mm diamater locks as fitted to 02-16 models you need to opt for the door with central locking. Lock barrels are not included as your old one will swap over to the new handle in this kit. We do have quite a few different lock sets on our ignition and locks page on:
